This hotel in a quiet village/suburb was just what I was looking for. The location was excellent, with a 10-minute walk to the tram stop that takes you directly into the center of Freiburg's old town. The room I stayed in had a balcony with stunning views in three directions, including the Black Forest. The spacious and clean bathroom was a plus, and the free on-site parking was a great perk for anyone traveling by car. The traditional restaurant offered delicious local cuisine and a good selection of wines.

No elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs.

Rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding, and well-equipped bathrooms, ideal for a restful sleep. The breakfast, served by friendly staff, is a standout feature with plenty of options to choose from. Free parking, secure bike storage, and a restaurant with local delicacies and wines are some of the facilities that will enhance your stay.

Situated in a charming village, it offered breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and vineyards from the balcony of my room. Secondly, the spacious and clean bathroom was a delightful surprise, with its modern tiles and ample storage space. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room, including a wardrobe and shelves for my clothes, as well as a comfortable bed. Lastly, the breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a good selection of tasty options to choose from. All in all, this hotel provided excellent value for money and a truly enjoyable stay.
